Great when it works. But the app continually fails. Mine was working at 10am today, and by 2pm it had failed again. Continually asking for password AFTER being logged in. Absolutely useless and unreliable. It would be great if we were able to get help from some customer service, or a solution on how to get it working again! Im exasperated uninstalling, and reinstalling.

I've been using this specific app for my home security systems for 17 years. It doesn't matter the brand of the dvr or where I bought it, it always seems to work. Like a lot of things setup can be a little tricky,but once you get it up and running ,i will work without issue. I will say this tho. Your internet speed and reliability really matters here. The better your service the faster your cameras and recording will respond. I feel like a lot of the bad reviews are a result of bad internet.

Mostly it's great and does what it should. There's some weird things though. For instance, there's ads in the app, that you can just deactivate in the advanced options. But they come back every now and then. Also, looking at recorded videos always takes you to 00:00, so you need to scroll a lot to get to recent footage by the end of the day. Having a "skip to present" button would be nice.
