I got the AI recognition bird house. It's okay. It does notify me and take a video of when a bird is there. And if that's all they offered it'd be 5 stars. However, because I originally bought it for AI recognition it lost a lot of stars. Not only has it several times incorrectly labeled many birds as a different type of bird, but once when I was changing the water I was labeled a bird. I wish there was a way to report to help AI better recognize the bird species.

I don't like the advertisement pop up when you open the app. I went to the settings to turn it off. But every weekly update turns it back on and have to go back to setting to turn it off again. I don't trust the advertisement because my Spyware blocker kick in. So I feel like this app has some spying into it. I dont feel comfortable with this app. Cameras work great. Just dont like the app advertisement and how they have weekly updates that I don't see a different. Junk app.

something's really wrong with the system, it used to work fine for me during 2 years, now all it says is "error, network exception" my network works fine, can't even log in now, can't even register into a new account, all it says is "error, network exception". worst part is, I've paid for the cloud saving method for monthly. Please help me and offer assistance as soon as possible!
