To activate cashback balance, it is impossible if you are an expat. You need documents to match the country you live in, even tho you can prove your tax residence and everything. The balance is unavailable until you change your documents, which for EU residents in the Netherlands is pretty much a waste of money. Support didn't help with the matter. Also, the loyalty cards are not even on the first page, it takes 3minutes only to get to the one u need. I preferred to use a different app for that.

Very disappointed, forced to move from Stocards. But Klarna has no widgets, ordering and more features are gone. This app is slow and not user friendly for widgets or routines. I will try to switch to the Google Wallet or other apps soon (edit: SuperCards is the best app). If not fixed I will just store the cards with barcode in Google Drive and shortcut them on my screen. This is a simple feature a proper app should have. Wow thanks for the robot reply. I just uninstalled your garbage app.

I loved Stocard: open, pick a card, scan, done. Now I'm stuck with this app that blocks the barcode with a full-screen popup asking for location access. Can't scan anything without giving permissions. For now, So I just screenshot my cards and keep them in a WhatsApp chat with a shortcut. Faster and actually works.
