The app is a bit clunky but does the job overall. The reason for the two stars tho is that the geolocation doesn't work properly, triggering alarms when I am home because the app still doesn't see me inside the range, although I can clearly see I am within. This happens every other day more or less. I gave all the permissions and disabled battery optimization.

Solid (but pricey) home security. The UI could stand to be redesiged. It's kind of a bummer I can queue my doorbell on my Google TV ( like advertised on Apple TV). I would like to see camera snap shots on my watch too (like with Ring). It's a good service over all, but the learning curve is real. example: arming the system is not intuitive. You have to open the app, then tap 2 more times just to arm or disarm. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it is for a lot of people.

such a shame as the cameras are of a good quality but viewing them is too hit and miss. if I want to view the live feed I don't want to be waiting 60s or having to close and reopen the app. This is on a LAN with an AP just a few ft from the camera, and also my device on the same LAN. I suspect all traffic is going up to Eufy and back down again even if the two devices are local to each other. Regardless it shouldn't take that long to work. Likewise accessing saved clips just does not work.
