Edit: downgrading to 1 star because the app continues to show ads that block you from using it for several seconds. This is completely unacceptable. It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

Edit + Solution: After not being able to use the app (getting errors, call effect, hearID or EQ options not working at all) i tested the app on a different phone and it worked perfectly fine. Anker support tried to help out but was not able to. In the end I figured it out myself. If you use Android phone and you have 'Developer options' turned on, turn them off and go to the app again. This worked like a charm and now i can fully enjoy using the Liberty Air 2 earphones together with the app!

The app works well, but in the advertisement they said "full control over the eq" but it doesn't actually allow you to set a manual eq. It would be nice if we could have a 10 band eq. I'm using the liberty 2 pro's. Edit: I got a response back from Soundcore that they will be adding the feature in roughly 1 to 2 months. Awesome! I will change the rating when the update is out!
