The app became unreliable. At the last moment, when I pushed the "Reserve" button, the app notified me that I don't have a valid license, even though my license was perfectly fine. The support just stated the obvious "your license is not in the system", not possible to restore, so I had to cancel my plans for the whole day at the last moment. If your system decides to lose my license, then notify me with big f-n red letters when I open the app, so that I know beforehand, not when I start drivin.

Overall not a bad app, but the proccess on lost items is just ridiculus. You either book the car again and pay the minimum price (CS told that it would not be refunded as "you techically used the car for 2 seconds" OR you ask the cleaning team to pick the item up, with hope that no other customer takes it, and wait for at least a week to get the item back. Even Bolt Drive refunds that money. Very sad that CityBee does not value it's customers and just wants as much money as possible.

So the app crashed when I started the drive! When I wanted to finish the drive, I opened the app, but it did not show me any active drives, yet I was still in the car. Had to call support to tell them this and so that they could lock the car manually. It was not hard to do this, but i still even now cant open that drive in history and my app keeps crashing every time I try to. All would be ok, if only the extra cash counting would not continue when there are problems like this! :(
