On the train right now and App doesn't work and it is not a connection problem. Reinstalled, same issue. Unable to order food. Rude staff. When she came to deliver another person's order, she refused to help in any way and just walked away saying connection issues were not her problem -- and the Team Leader announced he said his cabin crew are here to help. Nonsense! Edit: Her name is Sandra and noteworthy, we were able to post this review with no connection issues.

Not good enough. You cannot pay for your refreshments order via GooglePay (there's always some error on the platform),so I topped up the balance to realize you cannot pay with it either. Last trips by bus were also disasters. No coffee onboard, the drivers drive you like a potato, not a human being. This company used to be my favourite, but now, I'm more inclined to FlixBus...

Quite convenient mostly. however if you are going tdough an area without signal, you can say goodbye to the basics. I had a meal and felt thirsty, wanted to order a drink, we were stuck 15 minutes at a place with no connection, placed my order at least, then another 40 minutes later I recieved my softdrink and an espresso. If it is a busy ride, it is very hard to order anything. However if you are traveling on a workday the catering part of the app is extremely convenient and has good prices
