Very buggy, takes a long time to load, very un intuitive interface and every time I open the app it tells me my information is out of date and prompts me to update. When I try, it just spins and spins until I shut it down and start over again. It's just a very mediocre app. It's very clear not much effort was put into its creation or maintenance. (The fact that no one has responded to this reinforces my judgement of mediocrity).

I purchased a PP membership through my Chase card. Overall, the app works as I would expect. However, the app frequently tells me that my card has expired and I must update it. I can find no way to do that, and neither Chase employees nor PP employees could explain the error message. I just clicked through the message and I've never been denied at a lounge. But, one star lost for the annoying message.

I have been a client for the last 10 to 15 years. Since this year that Priority decided to stop using the plastic and become digital it has become a Nightmare! 3 times I couldn't use my Priority in 3 different airports in Europe because some kind of emails I didn't receive. It cost me almost $200 for sth that is my right and free! Worst experience ever!
