Fix your app because most of the time doesn't work. This app is useless when: Check in, add information, modify the flight, update information. Your website doesn't work. So because of this I have to go to the counter to do everything. Your staff is not friendly nor well prepared to speak to the passengers. They are unfriendly. Very dissatisfied.

when I booked our flight I didn't know what type of bag my companion was going to bring so I decided to add it later but before we went to the airport. when I went back to add it they had more than doubled the price. I tried to call about it but got nowhere. it's no wonder they are talking about bankruptcy.

Worst airline I've ever flown. Only used them because they were the only redeye available at the time. 1st Flight left 2 hours late, in the middle of the night and we only got a "we're sorry". Flight back wasn't as late but still late nonetheless. Even with extra leg room, seats were still uncomfortable, as they didn't fold back. Lastly, I get that some airlines charge for food, but $5 for a can of soda is ridiculous. Why not offer compensation for late flights? 2 bankruptcies...that's why
