Air Transat App online check in is now available. Get halfway through the online check in. Online check in is not available. Call Air Transat "yeah sometimes it doesn't work" Why's that? "Just because". 🙄 EDIT to Respond: Blaming an unstable Internet connection in 2025 is laughable. If you spent as much time fixing your App as you do Gaslighting in your responses then perhaps your broken App would actually work.

Online check-in is sometimes not available because, amongst different things, documents need to be verified, or the itinerary contains a codeshare, or it may be that the web connection is not stable enough, for example. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may have caused. /Jessica

Terrible app. It bugs at each step, my name is not even recognized because there is a "-" in it and finally it crashed at half of the check-in. But to be fair I couldn't even find where to do the check-in on the web site so I guess there is a bit of progress in the app.

Great app, with everything easy to find. However, I don't like that the pop-up notifications immediately disappear, and don't seem to stay flagged anywhere in the app for re-review. There should be a notifications , or important messages tab.I missed a couple, and had no way to see what they were Update: responding to developer, once the messages have been previewed , they disappear, and De no longer visible @ the bell. It would be helpful to keep notifications there, and highlight once read
