Nagarik App

Lately, this application doesn't meet the expectations. Enrolled documents are lost. When I update the app, the pincode security is lost. And today, even though there is an internet connection, the app shows no internet connection and shows try again!! I think developers are playing with the production environment!!

Overall, my experience with the Nagarik app has been quite good. However, I encountered a problem while filling out the "Citizenship Verification Request" form. The "Issuing Authority" field doesn't show any dropdown options and also doesn't allow me to type anything. Because of this, I'm unable to submit the form. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

The Nagarik app was working fine before, but after the recent update, I can no longer log in. It just shows “Something went wrong” every time. This app is supposed to help citizens access government services easily, but now it’s become frustrating and useless. The update has made things worse, not better. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
