The FUTÁR application by BKK Centre for Budapest Transport has been renewed under the name BudapestGO, which, in addition to real-time route planning, has been extended with new functions: you can buy digital single tickets, daily and weekly travelcards or passes in the application and you can also be informed immediately about the current transport service changes. You can use the route planner with a cleaner and clearer interface, facilitated by a number of new features.

New features in the app:
- Ticket and pass purchase, journey planning in a single app
- Digital single ticket now also available
- Automatic pass renewal
- Traffic information (BKK Info application integrated)
- Personalised transport updates via push message
- Trip planning for trains and suburban railways available with a BKK-pass

TL;DR: The app is really slow and the interface is confusing. You can only buy ticket before planning the route. Payment didn't work with 3D Secure card. After buying the ticket you have to do the plan route all over again. You also have to start over after activating the ticket, including every transfer. The app crashes after a few seconds when using the camera to scan the code to validate the ticket or transfer. To make all this worse the app is slow pn a fairly new mid-range phone.

Sajnáljuk, ha csalódtál a BudapestGO-ban. Hamarosan lehetőség lesz az applikációban egy gombbal váltani az utazástervezés és a jegyérvényesítés / jegy-, bérletbemutatás között. Az összeomlás kapcsán viszont kérjük, hogy jelentsd a hibát a telefonod megrázásával, hogy fejlesztőink megvizsgálhassák, a te telefonodon mi a hiba oka.

extremely useful, can be a bit buggy and just for route planning, Google Maps works too, but the integration is better, and not to mention that you see the live place/arrival time of the buses. huge lifesaver for anyone commuting. rare w from BKK/BKV. one tiny idea, you could make the Metro Lines clickable to show what it is, or it's starting points/stations, maybe even highlighting the stations it stops at.

Absolute garbage of an app. Does not accept Google Pay, does not accept auto-fill, need to enter everything manually line by line, then in the middle, surprise surprise, switches to another app for payment processing, requires another registration, another e-mail confirmation etc etc. Countless forms, and constant fails just to buy 1eur tram ticket. But you still need this app to go around Bud. Edit: appreciate the response but sign-on is needlessly overcomplicated for a new user aka tourist.

Nem fogadja el a Google Pay-t, mivel nem használjuk a Google Pay-t. Egyszer kell regisztrálni, utána pedig nem kell többször megadni az adatokat, és minden gördülékenyen, valamint biztonságosan működik.
