i tried to take a 365 days pack with my balance and recharge combined, as the app suggested, and boom. the transaction succeeded, deducted from my account got sms recharge failed. --> no message about refund or anything. which is cool, such an appreciative work by the team. keep it up robi, only then you can make your customer to switch to another operator and give you a 2 star. very disappointing though people give you one star. anyways, i wanna hear how sorry you are for the inconveniences!
