"I have tried to buy 49 tk 3 gb package, first time it shows - the operation failed. Then I have tried for 3 times more, but every it shows 'failed'. But After logging again in the app, it surprisingly shows '3 gb packages-4 time' have purchased. Please cancel last 3 packages " this my main query but the customer support is too much uncooperative. Don't solving my issues.

"It would feel much better if the price of MBs (data) was reduced a bit more, and I would be more interested in buying more. Still, it's good – please kindly consider lowering the data prices further. Also, there is an issue in your app: the prices for small data packs like 1GB or 2GB are quite high, which is not always convenient. Even for small needs, we have to spend a lot of money. 😔"
