To Selima: Yes, I tried reinstalling it but still no change. --- The progress update on my replaced credit card went so slow on the app. in reality, my cc has been delivered and activated way before the progress on the app shows it. now, it is stuck to "activate your credit card" and there's no way to get rid of it. it has been 14 days. talked to support and they cant do anything about it and told me it would disappear eventually.

Update: I'm sorry the message is still there. If you already spoke to our creditcard support team, I'm afraid I can't do anything else to make it disappear except thanking you for your patience 😖

I've actually been getting more troubles when opening the app than I used to have. It's highly frustrating to have to open and close it multiple times before I finally can type in my password. If that returns to normal it's a great app tbh. Used it almost every day. *I tried the suggestion and reinstalled the app. That didn't solve the problem for me. :| *Tried it again, following all the steps. I still have the same problem. 😓

Update: Dank voor het proberen, maar erg jammer dat het nog niet is opgelost. Zou je eens willen bellen met ons via 088-726600? Mijn collega's kunnen het probleem voor je laten uitzoeken bij onze ict-afdeling. ^Liesbeth

Android 6 support dropped. I get asked to update my OS (not possible) and refuse to buy a new phone since this one works perfectly fine. Alternative is to use the browser, which requires the Raboscanner (another big obsolete inconvenient piece of technology that's not of this time) that I don't have at hand most of the time. I can login for 90 days without it, but that's not solving the problem. Conclusion: I cannot see or access bank information, nor make transactions on the fly any more. Since no other bank has this problem it's time to move to another bank that does care about its customers.

Hi, het klopt dat de app per 05-01 niet meer bruikbaar is op toestellen met Android 6. Voor een optimale werking en veiligheid van de app is een minimale besturingsversie vereist. Wat betreft het gebruik van de scanner, je kunt voor inloggen via je browser ook een persoonlijke toegangscode instellen. Zie: https://rabo.nl/75hm6tba ^Debbie
