More like 4.5🌟. I really love this app! The exercises are simple, effective, and target the areas most women want to focus on. The visuals and voice guides make everything so easy to follow, and I like how the workouts gradually progress from beginner friendly to more challenging. It’s also such a plus that it’s free... you only need data to download each section, which is nothing compared to paying for subscriptions. If you stay consistent, the results are guaranteed. Definitely worth trying!

This is a superb app, mostly because it gives results and is free. I did a 30 day workout and I did see visible changes around 15 days. One of the most unique features of this app is the 'streak', I kept coming to this app everyday to not lose my streak, that was my motivation! Overall great results giving free app.

Used another app for 3 days, found this one. Way more affordable, great exercise, and, counting the 3 days on the other app... Im feeling amazing, and, extra ecstatic about a year to explore the app! Getting 365 full days of working out. Movement is medicine, and, I'm loving how much I move and stretch. Getting closer to my goal with each day! Thank you for making this! 🖤
