He has developed, standardized all the policies, procedures, plans, guidelines,

protocols, pathways, forms, quality measures, quality improvement and risk

management methods etc. and educated the staff, implemented and monitored

the compliance. He has demonstrated continuous success in managing

multidisciplinary teams, meeting the organizational mission, vision by

accomplishing and maintaining all healthcare accreditations, certifications,

designations, center of excellence and recognition projects ahead of the

deadlines.

He is an international visiting faculty, has presented 26 research papers in the

international conferences, published 31 research papers in the international

journals approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) India, an author

of 5 textbooks for the MBA- Hospital Management and is a reviewer / editorial

board member of several international research journals.
