Every year “World Human Right Day” is celebrated enthusiastically all over the nations of the world on 10th. December. The author is a post graduate in human rights from the Directorate of Human Rights, New Delhi.
Very few people who celebrate the auspicious occasion are not aware of the fact as to why the festival is celebrated on 10th. December, not on other date.
The author out of his research in course of his study finds out the reason and explains elaboratically.
