JWALODORCHI : The title of the book suggests the flame of fire never to be extinguished. However, in this anthology the fire connotes some other meanings delimiting narrow literal observations. The invisible fire of protest that an individual carries in his heart have been captured aesthetically in these pages. The indomitable fire of an individual that propels him to cross the barriers of social limitations and helps him to achieve the unachievable has also been attempted to preserve for the prospective readers. Jwalodorchi has tried to enkindle the fire in every heart so that flame of success remains intact and steady.

An Assistant Professor of English at the University of Gour Banga, Malda, West Bengal, India, Sabuj Sarkar is passionate about poetry. He writes poem both in English and Bengali. His edited volume of poetry in Bengali JWALODORCHI has been published in 2020. He is the founding editor of literary magazine MEGH-DUMBOR that focuses primarily folk issues and oral literature.
