Great little series..Dean is the 'man of the month for the end of the year and Ruby is out for matchmaking again. He meets Holly, widow, at the woman's refuge,; she is on the run from her stepfather who is a member of the Savage Bones MC..by name and nature. Keeping her nd two children safe in his family's remote cabin, brings out a lot of his feelings and emotions for a family. His kindness towards them shows Holly that she has been fortunate enough to find happiness and contentment for a second time. Love Dean inviting Ruby to his unexpected wedding. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ms. Rose once again proving a short story doesn't have to feel rushed. Dean finds out he's the next, um victim of Ruby, but soon walks happily right into his forever. Dean steps in and makes what could have been the families worst holiday ever one to remember. Love how he instantly fit into their family but still respected that Holly was the mom and ultimately had the say so over her kids.
