Great overall storyline. The history and scene make a good read. Just the right amount of smut to go with the backstory. I love how the stroy telling jumps point of view him>her and back. This is the first book for me that sets up the next characters' story with their point of view already in play. Most introduce the characters so we know where the story is heading next, whereas this book has already taken us to James and Cole a few times. Presuming we will have more of the same in the next book leading up to Coles' story and then into Blues? It's a shame they mention from the beginning that Cass' body was found and brought home because I keep secretly hoping she's somehow alive. I am looking forward to downloading the next book later today to see where the mystery takes me.
