About this ebook

The process of Coaching is a conversation where a combined investigation occurs with the aim of discovering in which position is the person in the speech, understanding his past history and his current situation, with the aim of identifying his blockades and to help him solve them, to find the kind of conversations (internal and externals) that establishes his positive and negative effects and how to improve them to get the wanted goals, for that, the Coach must know how to observe and listen carefully.

Miguel D’Addario has a Degree in Journalism, a Master on Social Education, Master on Sociology and a Ph. D in Social Communication granted by “Universidad Complutense of Madrid”; he has developed his expertise in different fields of teaching, from Professional Formation level to University level, as much in Iberoamerica as in Europe.
PhD and essay writer, he has been awarded and he received awards and mentions from Writers Associations, Cultural Centers, Universities and more. Equally as Presenter, Conferensist and Investigator in Universities, and Public and Private Educative centers.
Author of artistic books: Poetry, Tales and Stories.
Author of a substantial amount of educative books, of many levels and topics.
His books are distributed in the five Continents, they are of constant consultation in libraries of the whole Word and that are listed in catalogues, ISBNs, and international bibliographical bases.
