About the author

Dr Carina Eriksen is a chartered clinical psychologist in NHS and private practice. Margaret Oakes is a flying instructor and pilot with extensive experience flying for a major UK scheduled airline. She currently operates the Airbus A320 series of aircraft on short and long haul flights in Europe, Africa and Asia.
