Dr. S. A. Senthil Kumar is currently serving as the Registrar of NIT Tiruchirappalli (on Deputation). He is also a Professor of Management at Pondicherry University, Karaikal Campus. Dr. S. A. Senthil Kumar holds a PDF from the University of Massachusetts, USA. His areas of specialization include healthcare and insurance management. He is recognized as a multi-award-winning educator and an accomplished researcher.

Dr. Maya Madhavan serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Accounting at Al Buraimi University College, Oman, specializing in organizational behavior and leadership development. She holds a PhD in Management and has led multiple industry-engaged research projects. An award-winning educator, Dr. Madhavan is dedicated to fostering innovation and strategic thinking in emerging business leaders.
