यह पुस्तक लेखक द्वारा ब्लॉगसाइट व सोशल मीडिया पर समसामयिक विषयों पर लिखे गए लेखों के संकलन शृंखला की पहली कड़ी है। ब्लॉगसाइट और सोशल मीडिया के पाठकों के निरंतर अनुरोध पर अपने लेखों का संग्रह प्रकाशित करने का निर्णय लिया। इस पुस्तक के प्रकाशन के लिए आर्थिक सहयोग भी मेरे नियमित पाठक व शुभचिंतक ही कर रहे हैं। यदि इनका सहयोग न मिलता, तो पुस्तक प्रकाशित करवा मेरे लिए असम्भव था। इस पुस्तक में आपको विभिन्न विषयों पर लिखे गए मेरे लेख पढ़ने मिलेंगे। सभी लेख मेरे व्यक्तिगत दर्शन पर आधारित हैं अतः मेरे लेखों को आप फ़िलॉसफी पर आधारित लेख कह सकते हैं। लेखक का मूल उद्देश्य आपको कुछ सिखाना या रटाना नहीं है, न ही उद्देश्य है इतिहास या कुछ भी समझाना। लेखक केवल यही चाहता है कि प्रत्येक लेख व्यक्ति को चिंतन-मनन के लिए प्रेरित करे, प्रश्न पुछने के लिए प्रेरित करे। लेखों को पढ़ने के बाद व्यक्ति अपनी पारम्परिक धारणाओं और मान्यताओं से मुक्त होकर अपनी मान्यताओं और धारणाओं पर पुनर्विचार करे। उदाहरण के लिए धर्म, ईश्वर और सरकार को लेकर समाज आज भी असमंजस में हैं। आज तक ना तो ईश्वर समझ में आया किसी के, ना धर्म समझ में आया, न सरकार ही समझ में आया। और भ्रम मे जी रहे हैं सभी और भ्रमवश ही ईशनिन्दा जैसे कानून बने क्योंकि ईश्वर की समझ नहीं किसी को। आए दिन हम देखते हैं कि धर्म रक्षक सेनाएँ या दल बनते चले जाते हैं। जबकि ऐसे दलों, संगठनों को न धर्म का कोई ज्ञान होता है, न ईश्वर का कोई ज्ञान होता है। इन्हें लगता है कि गुंडों, मवालियों का गिरोह खड़ा करके धर्म की रक्षा कर लेंगे। और होता यह है कि धर्म की रक्षा तो हो नहीं पाती, उल्टे कई निर्दोष इनके आतंक, आगजनी, दंगों, और हत्याओं से हताहत हो जाते हैं, आतंक फ़ेल जाता है समाज में। और ये गिरोह एक आतंकी संगठन के रूप में स्थापित हो जाते हैं।
