Die vorliegende Dissertation entstand neben meiner Tätigkeit als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und als Abteilungsleiter am Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Betriebs wissenschaften (iwb) der Technischen Universität München.
