Bei der Beantwortung dieser Fragen werden die Hochschulen in NRW durch die Rechtsinformationsstelle im Online-Landesportal NRW unter dem Dach des Instituts für Informations-, Telekommunikations- und Medienrecht (ITM) unterstützt. Gemeinsam mit der am ITM angesiedelten Forschungsstelle Recht im Deutschen Forschungsnetz (DFN) hat das Projekt Gutachten zu verschiedenen Fragen der Digitalisierung an Hochschulen erstellt. Die wichtigsten Gutachten werden in diesem Buch zusammengefasst.
