About this ebook
The annual International Agriculture Innovation Conference (IAIC) series started in October 2016 as an assembly platform for leading researchers, educators, and developers to present, discuss, and examine various challenging issues relating to agricultural production and innovation. In January 2018, the International Association for Agricultural Sustainability (IAAS) took IAIC under its wing with expectations that IAIC expands its influence by inviting more agriculture-related professionals to participate in conferences. I sincerely welcome you to join our conference and to share your ideas on agriculture sustainability with us.
First, I would like to thank the 2018 conference participants who successfully helped us create the IAIC. The IAIC 2018 would not have been successful without their support and cooperation. Next, I especially appreciate the assistance and support from the other Organizer of IAIC 2018- Institute of Agricultural Planning of CAU, China. Last but not least, the keynote speakers of IAIC 2018. This book would not have been published without their efforts and contributions. In order to improve current agricultural circumstances and attain environmental sustainability, agriculture innovation has become the primary strategy nowadays toward achieving these goals. The concept of adapting agricultural innovation to every phase of agricultural production and management is the foundation for this book. This is the sequel of book《Case Studies: Insights On Agriculture Innovation 2017》which collects information on various agricultural innovation ideas and technologies that have been applied or are being developed for agricultural operations and management in different countries. I believe this book will provide you with new and inspiring ideas about the future of agriculture development, and illustrate how innovations in methods and techniques influence agriculture production, environmental sustainability, and the quality of people’s lives around the world. Joanna Paliszkiewicz
Dr. hab. Joanna Paliszkiewicz is a specialist in management issues connected with knowledge management, intellectual capital and trust management. She holds the rank of University Professor of Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Prof. J. Paliszkiewicz is well recognized in Poland and abroad with her expertise in management issues. She has published over 190 original papers and ten books. She serves on the editorial board of several international journals. She is the editor in chief of Issues in Information Systems and deputy editor-in-chief of Management and Production Engineering Review Journal. Dr. Paliszkiewicz was named the 2013 Computer Educator of the Year by IACIS.
Magdalena Mądra-Sawicka
Dr. Magdalena Mądra-Sawicka is an academic from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW. She has been working on the adjunct professor position since 2010. She was a participant and director of research projects with an international and national scope. She is well recognized in Poland and abroad with her expertise in corporate finance issues. Her research interests are related to internal financing issues, determinants of small and medium enterprises growth and methodology research aspects. She was a participant and director of research projects with an international and international scope. She has published 76 original papers and 29 chapters in monograph and proceedings and 2 books. She was the deputy editor-in-chief of Financial Management and Accounting Journal till 2017.

Dr. Tan Wee Liang is the Associate Professor of Strategic Management in School of Business at Singapore Management University, Singapore. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Charted Secretaries and Administrators, UK. He specializes in the field of Strategic Management. Nirote Sinnarong
Nirote Sinnarong graduated with a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Department of Applied Economics, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan with 2008 Taiwan Scholarship. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Economics, Maejo University in Thailand. His researches mainly focused on Agricultural Economics, Economics of climate change, Applied statistics for business and Applied econometrics for agriculture. Articles published have been published in the International Journal of Global Warming, Managing Global Transitions International Research Journal, International Journal of Services and Standards, and International Journal of Enterprise Network Management, etc. He also is the editorial board of International Journal of Agriculture Innovation, Technology and Globalisation (IJAITG).
Olalekan Israel Aiikulola
Olalekan Israel Aiikulola holds a Masters in Applied Economics and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the same field at Maejo University, under the Faculty of Economics. He works as a Foreign Language Expert at Tourism Training and Consulting Service Center, School of Tourism Development, Maejo University. His researches focus on Agricultural Economics, Economics of Climate Change, and Macro-Economic stability, trends, and growth.
Rika Ampuh Hadiguna
Dr. Rika Ampuh Hadiguna is a professor in Industrial Engineering Department, Andalas University, Indonesia. He is also the vice dean for academic affair at Faculty of Information Technology, Andalas University. He specializes in the fields of supply chain management for complex problems.

Dr. Tianzhu Zhang is the professor at China Agricultural University, China and also the general manager at Futong Company of China Agricultural University, China. He is also the General Manager of Beijing Futong Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., the Director at the Institute of Agricultural Planning Science of China Agricultural University, CEO of Beijing Zhongnong Futong Horticulture Co., Ltd. Vice President of BEIJING Association of Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise. Abudurezhake · Yishake
Abudurezhake·Yishake is the Agricultural Planner at Institute of Agricultural Planning Science of China Agricultural University. He mainly engages in agricultural industry park, international communications, high efficient fruit cultivation, facility vegetable cultivation, plant factory, mechanized production of flowers, agricultural product processing and distribution. Chunming Bai is the Deputy General Manager of the Institute of Agricultural Planning Science of China Agricultural University. He is the registered consulting (investment) engineer of China Engineering Consulting Association. He has rich experience in agricultural development planning. For many years has been conducting close studies over agricultural industry development, park management, leisure agriculture planning, agricultural products e-commerce and new media distribution etc.
Nannan Ren
Nannan Ren is the Agricultural Planner at Institute of Agricultural Planning Science of China Agricultural University China. He specializes in the fields of Genetic breeding, crop breeding, agricultural industry development planning.
Duomei Chai
Duomei Chai is the Technical Deputy Director and the General Manager of the innovation department at Institute of Agricultural Planning Science of China Agricultural University. She specializes in the fields of Land use and information technology. From 2011 to 2019 she has been engaging in theoretical and practical development study of agriculture and rural areas. Research includes rural revitalization planning, county modern agricultural development planning, regional single industry planning, agricultural park and rural complex.
