About the author

Vipin Nadda I am currently serving as Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager (Tourism, hospitality, and Events) with University of Sunderland in London. A science graduate with MBA (Marketing), MTA (Tourism) and PhD (Tourism Management), I have more than twenty years of experience in academics and Industry. As an active researcher, I have authored and edited eight books, published more than thirty research articles, presented papers in various international conferences and published scores of book chapters. As an experienced academician, I have been Lecturing a variety of courses ranging from Sustainable tourism development, Service Marketing, International business environment to Service quality, International Tourism and Hospitality Management in the UK as well as overseas which echo my research interests as well. I am co-editor in chief for International Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management, Innovation and Development and have organised many international conferences

Sumesh Dadwal has 22 years of experience in research, teaching, e-Learning, quality management, and examination assessment in a wide range of business subjects. Currently, Sumesh is working as a Sr. Lecturer of Strategy and Course Director at LSBU Business School. Before joining LSBU, he worked as Sr. Lecturer, Dissertation Lead, and Programme Leader with Northumbria Universities London campus and also as an associate with London Graduate School and Regent College London (Bucks New University and the University of Bolton, UK). Dr Dawdal has also worked as an associate lecturer with Birkbeck College (UoL), University of West London, Plymouth University (GSM, London), Uni of Roehampton UK, and also worked as a Sr. lecturer and Programme Leader (MBA) at Glyndwr University London. Sumesh has hands-on experience in managing departments and in supporting the implementation of effective quality management systems. Previously, Dr Dawdal has also worked with QAA, UK, He has designed, developed, and supported for validation and review of the various programme. He has published in journals and books.

Roya Rahimi joined the University of Wolverhampton as Lecturer in 2014. She teaches across tourism, hospitality and events subject areas. Roya has supervised more than 100 dissertations of graduate and postgraduate students, and also involved in PhD supervision. Her research interests are CRM, Organisational Culture, Human Resource Management, Gender Equality and Tourism Higher Education. Her work has been published in top-tier journals such as Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Tourism and Hospitality Research, Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and Anatolia. Her work has been also presented at various international conferences and appears in book chapters released by Routledge, CABI, Emerald and IGI. She sits on the editorial board of the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology and European Management Review. She serves as reviewer for number of leading journals. Roya received The Valene L. Smith Prize for the best presented paper at the International Conference of Service Quality in Hospitality & Tourism in Isfahan at 2016. She has been published in a variety of languages. Her industry experience includes seven years working in the hotel industry in a number of international hotels in various countries. Roya is fluent in three languages (English, Turkish and Persian) and has familiarity with European and Asian cultures. She believes that high quality teaching, strong research and industry partnership go hand in hand given the application aspect of the tourism and hospitality field. Roya was nominated for her cutting edge style of teaching in 2016 and also nominated as the inspirational lecturer of the year in 2015 and 2016. [Editor]
