For example, what is this, and what is the difference between this and the other facts or things that creates the comparison.

As a sifu of Wing chun kung fu. And as a Karate Sensei with 51 years experience I can say that this book is a gem of information as the author writes from the heart. Great book and great Martial artist.I am pleased

About the author

Sifu Argyridis was born in Nicosia Cyprus on 4th August 1960.His father Greek Cypriot and his mother of a half Lebanese and a half Greek Cypriot. Sifu Argyridis started his primary training in martial arts at the age of 14. What it really inspired him so far to get himself involved in matrial arts training? Was the amazingly electrifi ed Bruce Lee’s fi gure on the big screen. That was back at 1970. Sifu Argyridis started his training with various styles in Karate, and Gung Fu. To name those are: Shotogan Karate, Wado Karate, Mahayana boxing Gung Fu, Wing Chun, Bok Pai Gung Fu and Hang Gar. Later on his quest to fi nd a new path of training in martial arts, led him travel to the United States to meet sifu Lamar M Davis II, a senior instructor and a second generation Bruce Lee’s student. Later on in his career he hosted the fi rst Jun Fan Gung Fu/Jeet Kune Do annual seminar in Cyprus given by his sifu Lamar M Davis II. From his experience he gained through in the art of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune he decided to write about his own personal expression about this art, which this is going to be the fi rst volume. Another nine volumes are indented to be written through. Each vol. is going to be a building block to the previous one. Now at the age of almost 50, he is still keeps his will power, proper attitude and endurance to further up his skills development. His daily training record expands to more than fi ve hours training per day for many years. Five years ago, he was invited to a local TV channel to introduce for a third time Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do. This dvd is going to be available on selling to the public in the future.
