SHEENA IYENGAR is the S.T. Lee Professor of Business at Columbia Business School and one of the world's leading experts on choice. Her research explores the psychology of decision-making, addressing how humans face challenges in a world where they are inundated with options. Her first book, The Art of Choosing, was shortlisted for the Financial Times and McKinsey Business Book of the Year Award.
