I’ve had a generally good experience with First Abu Dhabi Bank when it comes to their banking services and mobile app — both are efficient and user-friendly. However, their customer service really needs improvement. I recently tried contacting their customer support and ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. Eventually, my call credit ran out and the call got disconnected. What’s worse is that no one even attempted to call me back.

I saw a few reviews about the app before signing up that it's very slow, outdated, and always in maintenance. I tried to sign up 1st time, and I m trying for half an hour, and guess what? it's in "Maintenance". what a 1st impression. come on, guys. we are living in the Chatgpt era. Shift the gear of your IT team or hire a few more from South India.

Absolute inconvenience. No chat support, no direct access to customer service agents, and no response to emails via the app. Customer service is practically non-existent. I’ve wasted both time and money trying to get assistance over the phone. Honestly, shifting to digitalization and AI isn't worth it if it comes at the cost of real, responsive service. If I’m ever contacted, skip the generic apology—just resolve the issue I raised via email or give me a proper call.
