Some type of cards, like a student debit card and others, don't show on the home page where they used to be. I believe this is a bug as I could not find any other way to access the card (other than the refilling option, which still works). Thus the freeze functionality, seeing history of past transactions and other load of things can not be done through the app. This issue has persisted for months. I hope you see this review, and fix the issue.

Really disappointing. Cannot receive OTP on my registered number. Bank Branch is also unable to help. It has 2 months since I received 2 credits cards. No way of tracking Credit card info. They all say its IT issue and they will check....I do no recommend people to go for ADIB after this incident.

Poor experience, app keep asking me to update my info and when I do my application gets rejected without explaination, when I call customer service they tell me to go to the branch when I go to the branch they tell me to call customer service,and the app is threatening to freeze my account. Edit: after over a year problem still not solved, its just how ADIB roles.
