I’ve had a generally good experience with First Abu Dhabi Bank when it comes to their banking services and mobile app — both are efficient and user-friendly. However, their customer service really needs improvement. I recently tried contacting their customer support and ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. Eventually, my call credit ran out and the call got disconnected. What’s worse is that no one even attempted to call me back.

Worst customer support team ever. In emergency customer service is best at not picking up the call or keep diverting the calls. Just now I had to wait 38mins while I was being transfered three times to credit card department and everytime rep picks up transfers to the other department. Horrible service. Please stay away from this bank! I have a fraudulent transaction on my credit card sent an email and no response from the bank. Blocked my card on the app but unable to request a replacement.

It is very difficult to address & resolve issues. There are options "write to us" in the app, but no response/resolution even after weeks. The next option is to call customer care. It is very difficult to get connected, and they have only one answer that the concerned team will call you back, and it's not happening.
