Switching between two devices is problematic at best, simply doesn't work much of the time. Some applications, e.g. Youtube on smart TVs don't seem to register as playing or pausing, so the only solution is to disconnect and reconnect the device and try again. Rather than have the application advise to stop playback on one device and then perform playback operations on the other (which doesn't work), why not actually allow that switch to be performed in the app?

Even with a flagship phone and a decent set of sonybuds, the BT cuts out every so often, which would be fine, if my earbuds could pair to other devices, without the app. And for some reason, I can't turn off hear-through or audio-pass through when I am calling someone. Why is that a feature? It makes phone calls worse for everyone involved, which is a shame because the earbuds sound pretty good

The fact that I cannot disable the "Enable Speak-to-Chat" gesture is infuriating. I don't ever use Speak-to-Chat so I don't remember the gesture and even when I look it up, the gesture doesn't work half the time. If the headphones are connected to a PC, I then need to disconnect it from the PC, reconnect it to my phone, disable Speak-to-Chat in the app (which is sometimes also buggy), and then in reverse to connect it to my PC. Beyond that one feature, it is good.
