The bill is not displayed on the main page as you would expect. You have to do serious digging on the app to find it. As a result, I missed paying my bill for 3 months and I ended up disconnected from the services. Also the fiber Internet is a joke, slower than a dial-up connection but hey, the bill is getting bigger every month so good news for Cosmote: more money for slow services

The "Check Connection" option on the support menu is completely broken. It doesn't work. The internet connection keeps going down in the middle of the night and now that the app is fully broken too I don't even have any way to report the issue anymore. This almost feels like it was done on purpose. The app literally had just this one use (beyond paying the bill itself). This means that as long as I can't report technical issues through the app, the app is useless.

I wasn't able to use it on android, constantly getting a chat box error and couldn't close it to return back to the dashboard. I realised that it's possible to temporarily get rid of the chat box by disconnecting from the internet and data. That way the X close button works and could return back to the dashboard. update The application works fine with no issues after an apparent update. Still a little room for improvement, will keep my score at 4 ✨ and re-evaluate soon
