Yes, the exercise is for healthy people only and as the subtitle goes 'The silent killer from K'Yoga', then a question arises- Why is it a silent killer?
Because it silently kills these shortcomings:
1- Fatigue of long sitting/inactivity/inertia.
2- Extra fat in the body.
And also, because it silently provides these advantages:
1- straightens the whole spine easily as the head remains steady throughout the exercise.
2-The compounding effect- simply this Row to Row way walking for 15 minutes results in the effect of 7 minutes of jogging and the continuous Row to Row walking for 20/30/more minutes has compounding effect as such starts to manifold to match to the nearer or same amount of jogging time's effect, respectively.
No unhealthy guy (people suffering from any health issue) should go for this book/exercise, it is not at all meant for them.
