The 5-minute challenge:
Within 5 minutes of doing this exercise, we would be experiencing a little pain in our legs which is not a normal case with any other light exercise & this pain should increase gradually with more of doing it to a level better felt & manageable (after 10 minutes) so that the real stamina of the legs & the whole back improves. Daily minimum 21 minutes of this exercise is needed to be done to have better long term impact.
