About the author

I'm a youth mentor and adult supporter worker by day, and a reader, writer and meditater by night.

Writing has been a passion for years, but something always seemed to get in the way of my busy life, until recently. Along with this work, I'm workING on novel as well.

I've also been a teacher, a journalist, a farmer, a server, a warehouse worker, seismic laborer and a call center agent.

I got hooked on Buddhism when I was 17, and a first year university student. From there, I've been on a slow moving and fascinating spiritual journey.
