Most of the time it's not opening. Whenever I open this app to check the balance / usage it always automatically shutting down again i have to open the app like 2 or 3 times. But last todays it's not opening still I'm facing the same. I'm looking forward to get a response and support from you team. Thank you

"One account need attention. Fix to continue using subscription without anydisruption". This one is showing in the app but there is no way to fix it using the app itself. We are receiving messages that our mobile registration has expired. We need to login our Business portal to renew using UAE pass but the problem is even you login, there is no tab for account renewal. Account renewal is only showing under quick access without logging in. Your site and app are not user friendly for renewal.
