Mostly it's just a very annoying advertising platform. Functions like top up and other services are not central as they should be. Instead, the space is given over to ads and promotions. Plus, it doesn't work well - keeps logging me off, slow to respond, etc.

Updated review (previous one was 1 star review) only because of the fact you can't access the app if there's an update and how it was a pain in some urgency situations, other than that the app is amazing The first update that they released, I could open the app, and it felt amazing that they changed this, and that they listen to feedback. Now you can use the app and then update it whenever you're free and have WiFi access or enough data. Cheers to all the developers..

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I can not use the 'Tech Support' page. accessing this would help when my wifi isn't running well, which seems to be 80% of the time. other than that, the app is fine
